They go the extra mile, every time, holidays or otherwise, and they focus on repair, not just selling you a new system (unless you REALLY need it). Stop looking and give them a call - you won't be disappointed!

I cannot say enough about Peggy and her team – The Daniels, and Melissa, and others I don’t have names for. In one day they were out for an estimate, then returned the next day for a complete install. Put me at ease, explained all the things, and were friendly and I never once felt pressured or taken advantage of. I will recommend AC Lady every time! They came SO PROMPTLY! They communicated every step of the way. Just fabulous! Pricing was quite fair for the work – and boy was it done neatly and quickly. very thorough.

AC Lady is the absolute BEST! Our AC went out last evening as we were sitting down to eat dinner around 7:00. I called and the owner, Peggy, was still at the office and answered my call. She put us on the schedule for 7:00-7:30 this morning. Nick arrived at 7:15, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and said he’d be back as quickly as someone could get it to him at one of his next stops. He was back just before 10:00, installed the part, checked out the entire system and was done by 10:30. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!

This is by far the best AC company that we have used. They have come to our house twice, once for heating, and once for AC. If you want someone who is honest and extremely competent, and won't try to sell you a new unit that you don't need - this is who you call. Our heat went out this winter and we called another company, who tried to sell us a completely new unit for $13,000 -- we called the AC lady for a second opinion and they reset our unit and said there was no need for a new one! Our AC stopped working yesterday morning and when I called the AC lady in the afternoon, they were able to fit us in within the hour - the tech came out and noticed our capacitor on our outside unit had stopped working. Didn't try to sell us anything and we were back up and running less than an hour later. Couldn't recommend them to enough people.

The A/C Lady was referred to me by my friend who had used their services for her home. I have an investment property and the tenant sent me a text on Monday which was Memorial Day. I called The A/C Lady even thought it was a Legal Holiday knowing that her business was closed. I left a message on the office recorder about the a/c not working and I asked for a call back. Early Tuesday morning I received a call back. I was very impressed with the caring voice on the phone line. Peggy listened to me and she said not to worry because she was going to send a Tech out right away. We agreed on a time and the tech Michael sent me a text to let me know that he was on his way. He came prepared to find the problem and then he fixed the problem. Michael is very knowledgeable and fixed the unit. He was very professional and very pleasant to talk with. The tenant was also very pleased to have the house blowing cool air again. I had called other companies and The A/C Lady was the Only one to call me back and came out to take care of my issue. I will recommend them to anyone who has A/C issues. I will also use them for my fall inspection before it it time to turn on the heat. The repair cost was also very reasonable and it made sense. They did not try to sell me a new unit or try to take advantage of the situation. Very pleased with the service

Yesterday I had the best experience with an AC company when my air went down. I had heard from a few people about AC LADY that serves HEB area. I was amazed at how soon they came in spite of this intense heat dome and so many people needing service. The techs and even the gal who works the phones were all so amazingly nice and professional and a good perk as well is they are honest, reasonable and don't push "extras". They are the best in my opinion.

Called them out for an issue that Milestone Electric said they saw with my AC during an inspection. Called the AC Lady for a second opinion and Michael came out to inspect. He said he did not see any issues and that we did not need the $800 service Milestone said we needed. He also noticed a burnt and bubbly wire and replaced it for free. He could have easily agreed with Milestone and offered us a cheaper rate and gotten our money but instead was honest. We appreciated that and will definitely be using them in the future whenever we do need services for our AC.

A/C Company Recommendation. Can anyone recommend a good / fair A/C company? I won’t say who, but we got rid of the one we’ve had for 16 years. The honest and highly proficient technician we loved retired and the worst sales & marketing tactics moved in to price gouge us, sell us what we didn’t need, etc. We now have an upstairs unit out. Could be grounded compressor. Possibly a minor wiring fix. Not calling the former company because they will immediately say replace the entire unit and at an exorbitant price.

Can't say enough good things about this company. Woke up this morning to a warm house and called AC Lady at 645am and left a message. Peggy called me back at 730am and had a technician on the way at 800am. Problem diagnosed, fixed and house cooling again by 830am. Thanks to Daniel the knowledgeable technician that came to our rescue.

It doesn't get much better than this... awesome service I had the AC Lady's group out to unclog an overflow drain on the 19th. They were successful. This afternoon (Sunday) I was back on my patio and noticed the systems were draining into the overflow again (it's difficult to unplug a problem from past experience). On an impulse, I dialed the AC Lady...but I hung up after about 4 rings thinking, oh well, not on a Sunday. About 5 minutes later the phone rang and it was the AC Lady asking if I had a problem. I explained what was going on and she said they will be here Monday morning (Tomorrow) between 8 and 9. Customer service does NOT get any better than this...so, if you live in the HEB area, this is the place for your AC problems. I have recommended them several times here on Nextdoor...I stand by my recommendations...

Our a/c needed a new fan motor and the company we had been doing business with for 13 years quoted us $2726. 80. That was the discounted price because we had a service contract with them. I thought this sounded high so I called The A/C Lady because I had read such good reviews here on Next door. I called a/ c lady about 9pm and left a message and they responded the next morning at 8am. She sent someone out that afternoon, he ordered the part, came back the next day and the total charge was $679.58. They saved us over $2,000. If you live in Hurst, Euless, or Bedford and have a/c problems I highly recommend them. So professional, quick to respond and keep you updated. I will never use anyone else.

This company is the bomb!! Our AC went out and we called a company who lied to us and quoted $33,000 had to replace everything! Nope gonna get a 2nd company to see what they say, AC Lady came out and quoted 1/8th of the first company said we would have ac by end of next day! They were honest, never tried to upsale, and we were cold by the next night! Please call them and don’t stress what other companies try to scam in this 110 degree temp!

The A/C Lady is Awesome and sent us her A/C Lad named Daniel. He could not replicate the problem we were having sometimes with our fan struggling to engage but suggested a new switch, which we agreed! Also, so courteous and professional we will always use them again. For some reason we can now be comfortable in our home at 77 degrees even in this heat, not sure why, I'm relating it to the fan!
